With
regard to reporting the movement of sheep and goats to/from shows
please refer in particular to paragraphs numbered B.10, B.11 and B.13
within the 'Guidance for keepers in England Rules for identifying
sheep and goats January 2008'. I suggest that many exhibitors will not
be aware of the revised guidance where it is their responsibility to
supply the white copy AML1 form to their own local authority for both
the move to the show, and the move away from the show. The sheep and
goat movement documents still require the signature of a
representative of the show, but it is no longer the responsibility of
the show secretary to report the movement onto the show site to the
local authority.
The
show secretary should retain the pink copy document for moves onto the
show site, and the yellow copy for the moves away from the show.
